Our monthly game cam and forum email list that Dave, (BorntohuntVA) and I write is on hold for now. The new spam laws make it tougher to be legit and I just heard 2 nightmare stories from buddies who were turned in from their own legit email lists.
The law just states you have to have an "opt in" choice but all it takes is one person to complain and webhosts will pull the plug on us in a heartbeat. It then falls on us to prove it was a legit mailing.
We can revisit this in the future but for now the risk is too great of being shut off.
Another reason to boycott spammer Hunt101 pics since they are the cause of the new spam laws that effect us all.
