Wow Bobby! Did you start that from scratch? Looks great. One thing about scull boats is you want it to track as straight as possible. Will you have it finished in time to use this season or are you going to wait until you have your own truck to haul it?

Matt, i wish that boat was mine! Ordered the kit and I am building the same thing, just using the picture to show you what its gona look like. I will have it done by next season when im 18, outta my house, and get my own truck. I have the money to do all this stuff just not the authority. My mom wont let me get my drivers liscense because she wants me to be an Eagle scout. It sucks watching all your friends driving their cars while im still driving old faithful...Schwinn, which isnt that bad, but its just not fun. Definitely not as big of a chick magnet but i get a few to fall for the shiny rims and comfortable handle bars! http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-laugh-point-up-yellow.gif http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-cool-shades-down.gif

Bobby,
From talking to you at Wister and here I can tell you are a good kid. Sorry, I had to say kid because I'm more than twice your age. Anyway, that didn't happen just for no reason. It's the same reason your parents want you to become an Eagle Scout. They are instilling the right values in you that some of those kids that are driving around, picking up chicks, drinking, etc didn't get from their parents. You will have plenty of time for all that stuff.
You have to pass a test to prove that you can drive. Your parents have just given you one more test to pass. That's all. And when you do...watch out ducks...Bobby's got a car and he's hunting every weekend!!
Good luck with the boat. Hopefully it won't be too heavy and maybe you can use it in some of the resevoir ponds.

Nice looking boat, when you get it finished and are ready to hunt the sea give me an email and I'll take you out to where I have been going on the south side. I have a 12 foot sneak boat and have just had a fantastic year on the sea for ducks. I'll help you break it in right. http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-gunfighter-yellow.gif http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/banana-man-yeah.gif

Give Lake Henshaw in North SD County a try next year. There are always a bunch of skull boats on the lake.

Now that is funny.
Nice looking boat Bobby. With the way things are changing down at the sea, you may be onto something. If the ducks don't come to you, go to the ducks.
