Regent Power on Delay

Connected up the Mainstay PIR today (I guess it replaced the Regent but is the same board). ###I removed the Relay and drive transistor since I am going to monitor the signal with a micro-controller and connected Pin 14 directly to one of my controler ###I/O ports. ###Everythings works fine, it is just that I do not care for the 30 second power up delay when the sensor is first turned on. ###The output on pin 14 remains high and then drops to low after the initialization. ###Do any of you know how to eliminate this delay? ###(Guess I am impatient). ###Thanks in advance guys!
