Posting pics from WEBSHOTS

Why is it that everytime I try and post a pic from Webshots I always get a red X? I can right click properties from the red X and paste them to my browser and view them but they don't come up automatically in the post?

Is there a trick to it. I don't have a problem using Imagstation except that they reduce the pice automaticaly and sometimes you don't get the whole effect.

Any help is appreciated.

Webshots may not let you link a photo to an external website. (eg here) They probably have their web servers set up so that only webpages from webshots are allowed to load pics. External sites will get a broken image.

They do this in an attempt to prevent bandwidth stealing. It would be like uploading alot of photos to jesseshunting.com, and then reference them in a webpage elsewhere. Jesseshunting.com would be left with the burden of pumping out all of the photos for someones webpage that was hosted elsewhere.
