Can't load this type of file?

On some of the pics i try to post, I get a an error saying that this type of file can't be uploaded. It's the same type as all my other photos, any suggestions?

Hello Mel,

What is the pic file extension. You can only load gif, jpg, jpeg and png image files. There is also a 150k size limit on the file.

It looks like the size is too large, they are over 150k. I'll see if I can size them down with the instructions you have.
