nikon scopes

I have been looking for a scope for my new rifle and I have heard lots of good things about these scopes, I want to get one in 3x9 for a 270wsm. I just wanted to see if anyone here uses them and what you think.


Just for everyones infomation one of the articals I happened to read was all about how these othe scope makers, nikon , bushnell and the like have really closed the distance quality wise on the european scope builders.

I have several Monarch's and really like them. They compare in clarity and light gathering with the Vari-X III and Elite 4200. I personally think they are the best bang for the buck out there. A 3-9x40 would be perfect for your 270 WSM.

I'm a fan. I have a 3x9, 40 on my Sako -06. Crystal Clear.

I agree with the above posts. I compared the Monarch with the Varix III's and the The Monarch was brighter and clearer.

Can't help to much on the scopes, but I know thier bino's are great, not to mention thier customer service seem to be really good. I'll bet you can't go wrong with any of Nikon's glass.
