Message Box

My message box says it is full but there is nothing in there. How do I correct this? Anyone know.

I'm not sure just one thought....Did you delete all your sent messages?

You need to delete your sent message out of the sent folder.

Yes. The top of the folder says "your messenger folders are full" but inside the box it under sender it says "no messages found". I clicked on the "read messages" and "unread messages" and nothing is there.

Sent messeges,Everything you send to others is saved also,are you checking that as the others have said?

ok my mistake...That was the problem. I did not realize that the messages that were sent we also saved. Thanks
