How long does it generally take to get your personal Avatar uploaded?

If you've already sent me the pic I'll get the avatar listed tomorrow. I'm running about 2 weeks behind right now on avatars.

Do jpeg's work best for you? Do I have to have a minimum number of posts or anything special to send in my own to you for loading?
