Land for camp

Does anybody know of a good camp or land for sale not to far up maybe 3 hours from the nh tolls. I have bein looking on the net everything cheap is way up thats to far I have a piece thats buildable Near milton NH. 2 ac. No moble homes allowed, there are some nice homes around it. I might consider a trade.......Or heres an idea there are so few here WE could pool together for a few hundred ac. and make a big camp.. Im a electrician

You should get out and take a ride or take a weekend and come up and look around.My area is probably 4-5 hours from the tolls.It seems this whole neck of the woods is for sale and I bet quite abit of it doesn't go through a real estate agency.There are alot of homes that were abandoned that would make great camps.Last year some got sold that sat for years.I think there are alot of these in the state.Back taxes might buy some of them.Ron
