PROBLEMS WITH JAM-CAM......

Hey, i'v had this jam-cam for a little over a year now and it was working fine, but now i just tried to load the photos and it says the camera isn't pluged into the usb port, but it is pluged in....... i re-installed the program and it does the same thing........ anyone know what the problem is??? it says the same thing is both programs i have to load photos in........ so its not the program.......
