Purchase of G11 tag

Anyone authorized on VAFB to hunt, who is NOT authorized to shop in the BX can purchase their G11 tags through the DFG office in Sacramento. Further; they can exchange tags through the same office PRIOR TO THE OPENING DAY OF THE TAG TO BE EXCHANGED. This means that if you have a zone A tag it MUST be in the Sacramento office by this Friday. There is a fee to exchange the tag. Call ahead to determine what DFG will need to perform the exchange.

Just to clarify it seems you can buy the G11 tag at any DFG office. I just bought mine at the San Diego office.
