Pre Season Scouting

Anyone know what the cutoff date is for doing a refuge scouting trip prior to season opener?

Don't go out there in the dark the night before opener! I've never heard of a cut off date but you could probably call or stop by the office at the refuge and ask. Be sur to post GPS co-ordinates on anything really good.:lol bashing sign:

Most of the refuges close on Sept 15th....You could always call the refuge of choice and ask them directly...
