Rinehart Targets Seeks National Sales Manager

Are you looking for an exciting career in the outdoor shooting sports/hunting industry? Our privately held family company in southern WI is looking for a National Sales Manager. We are a branded American made manufacturer with a highly respected product. We are growing fast and are looking to maintain momentum by bringing in someone to help steer sales.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage National accounts
Work with Box stores to increase sales.
Give independent retailers the personal care they are looking for.
Grow distribution network.
Travel to trade shows and competitive events.
Assist with product design and R&D
Work with national independent sales rep force
Reports directly to owners
Requirements for the position:
5-10 years sales experience.
Experience working with national retailers
Personable and professional demeanor.
Experience developing marketing and sales strategies for sales growth
Experience in the shooting sports industry considered a major plus
