Kaua'i pigs goats

Going to Kaua'i around the 10th of july family trip and hopping to take a day or two and arrow sum pigs, goats need sum help regs, hunt units ,permits, dates all the web sites i have found are not very informative. If any body has hunted Kaua'i or that can help with any info thanks

I've been to all the Islands but I've only hunted Maui, Lanai, and Hawaii. Check out www.dofaw.net (http://www.dofaw.net) I've never hunted kauai but I plan to one day. I would arrange a zodiac ride in & out to the Kalalau Valley on the Na Pali coast ( NW coastline ) that valley is archery only with the exception of special goat hunts w/rifles in an effort to cull them. It is a very popular camping area so it requires reservations/camping permits. Don't wait til you get there to do it. You can find camping permits on the dofaw website.
