Duck Appetizer Recipe

Hello All,

I am attending a BBQ this weekend and I wanted to bring some sort of appetizer made with duck. Does anyone have a specialty that you BBQ up that I could try?

Duck poopers were a hit at a BBQ / shootout I went to last weekend. I shredded duck, laid it out with a little cream cheese and diced japenia peppers on a halk strip of bacon. rolled it up and either bbq or broil until the bacon is cooked. the guys loved them

I do duck wraps. I breast them out and depending on the duck I may either use a full breast or cut it into 1/3's. Toothpick a piece of breast, red onion slice and jalapeno slice. Wrap with bacon and bbq. Remove when bacon is done. Then dunk it in a mixture of real butter (can use margarine but butter is yummier) and franks red hot sauce. The mixture is to your taste.

Even people who don't like duck, including non-hunting women like this.
