Ive been considering Sierra or Speer 90 grain bullets for my .270. I currently shoot 110gr Vmax and 100gr spire points from Hornady. I just want to cut the size down for coyote season. Anyone use this type of load?

hivelosity,

3600 fps, That is screaming, you hit a coyote with that in the leg, and it will die on the spot.

I LIKE IT ...http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-biggrin-aqua.gif I may have to cook some up myself.

I bought a box of Sierra and Speer 90grains. I loaded the Speers with Varget and am getting good results....about .5" groups at 200 yards. I dont have a chronograph so cant say on velocity. Need to break down and buy one. The sierras i loaded with an IMR 4046? number slips my mind right now......the groups were not as close as the Speers. Im gonna play with it some more.
