Stocking the lower Kern???

I got it from good sources that the No. Fork of the Kern river was stocked with trout this week. From what I undersand, they stocked around Riverside park.......Whiskey Flat celebration there this weekend. C you there:smiley-mouse:
I call it the lower Kern.......Actually the North fork around Kernville.
