Test your knowledge of hunting and trapping by taking part of PA's hunter-trapper education quiz. Topics and questions are based on course materials taught in PA's hunter-trapper education program. See how much you know!

That was cool, Todd. Who put it together?
The only thing I didn't like was that if you click a little too far back down the barrel on the "what part of the gun is the muzzle" question, you miss the question. Oh well. I still passed. Where's my PA license?

Speck,
PA Game Commission put that together.

That was good. I missed the one about the water trap.

I think we all missed the water-trap question because it is legal in most states to have a conibear trap out of the water as long as it is within a certain distance from water.
That's the one I missed.

Keep in mind, not all laws are the same in every state. Make sure to check regulations when traveling to another state esp. on equipment issues. One that comes to mind is Oregon allowing only 65% letoff and lower for bows.
Conibear traps are only legal in waterways in PA. This is to reduce non-target captures. There's no catch & release with a conibear.
