•STOCKTON: 83 degrees, murky, 12 feet high. Outlook: Mutton Creek Marina reports: crappies good on jigs, minnows in 18 to 20 feet of water in the brush; walleyes good on night crawlers off rocky points; largemouth bass good on skirted spoons, jigs along the treelines (a 7 1/2 -pound largemouth was caught last weekend).
