Hey Guys I need some help.
My girlfriends family lives in SanJose and since I'm a good guy (read that as I'm whipped http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley_smack_paddle_ani.gif ) and go up there with her I need to find a good place to shoot when I'm up.
If I thought I could get away with it I'd just cross the street and shoot up on the mountain but I'm going to guess thats a big big no no.
Anyway, I did a search but still dont know which of the ranges is the best to spend my time in.
Thanks for any help you can put out there.

If you head down towards Gilroy, Mt. Madonna has a great course.

There's a range up off Metcalf Road. Go North on the 101 thru Morgan Hill/Now San Jose.
There's a range there.
Just across the 101 from the Coyote Golf Course.

Which side?
Her dad is a course marshal at Coyote.......he says he's semi-retired but I think he just wants free greens fees.
I get to play there also..........or so they say. Still have not taken my clubs up there yet as Kelly would put a whoopin on me in front of her dad and thats just bad. Girl can swing a club much better than I can, gotta practice more.

It's on the East side of the 101. From the Golf Course. There's a Frontage Road.
So you're a big time cyclist turned duffer?
Ah Ha HaHa.
(Seriously. I am the worst Golfer on the planet. My kids kick my ass every time we go out. But I can still out shoot them.)

TRA
Do you know where I can find info on that.
We drive down Santa Teresa to get to Kelly's parents.
They are on Collene dr up by the water district property. I'll be up there July 25th and 26th.......she has a baby shower to go to so I'll Ummmmmmm go walk around the woods and try to poke sumtin......Unless Doug takes me to Coyote then I'll just chop up their grass with my irons.
I think Chesbro and Santa Teresa is one of the main crossings by the house.........I just drive there.
Speck........archery.........I'm automatic with the 30.06 and its dialed.

FT, I wasn't paying attention to which forum I was in... my bad. http://www.jesseshunting.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smiley-bag-on-head.gif
Sounds like you're in with TRA... if that doesn't pan, there's another range that I'm repeatedly pointed toward off Steven's Creek. Haven't been there, though... so can't speak for it.
