CMP Ordering

Anyone here ordered a carbine yet where they had to get the order form to arrive on a specific day?? On my first carbine order for the Inland, i didn't care when it got there cause i knew they had plenty....now i'm placing a new order for either a Win or Rockola and I want it there on the first day and no later....

SO...my question is...how do i go about doing that correctly? Will FedEx or UPS deliver on a day that I specify? Even if they could get it there sooner?

One more question that should probably have it's own topic...but here goes: Does anyone now of a club in the Southern California area that shoots service rifles and the like??
