I s everyone getting ready for deer season? ###I am not going to hunt the opener this year ,but I will get out before the season ends. ###Some of my friend are so excited they are heading out thursday night to there spots to get ready. ###Where is everyone goingthis weekend. ###Good luck.

Normally I would be excited at this time of year, however, since my introduction to bow hunting this season I am content with my days in the field already.. ###The only negative is that I just located a new group of five bucks on Sunday evening and then the season closed for the week. ###I'm afraid this weekends rifle opener may blow my chances at taking one of the quality bucks in this group. ###Oh well, all hope is not over. ###Good Luck "A Zoners" the weatherman is calling for some hot temps.....

Like Cahunter, I will not be hunting my normal spot on the opener. I won't get out until the 2nd weekend or 3rd. I'll need the luck out there. I'm getting prepared for the heat up there as well.

Iguess you all are as excited as I am to have deer season start when its still 95 degrees outside. ###Anyway good luck to everyone Post your storys and pictures after the weekend.

its called the Golden Oak resturant. ###I will be there tommarrow form 11 to 5 in the afternoon. ###after that it will be sunday from 4 to midnight. ###I ###am always there sun-tuesday from 4 to midnight.

I can relate to buckgetter about bowhuntin...Hopefully, I'll connect with one of the bucks I've been trying to stick this weekend. ###One of my arrows feels the need to get bloody.

And it looks like mother nature is going to make it ooooooh sooooo much more pleasant with 100 plus temps this weekend.

Ah, nothing says deer hunting like brutal heat and tinder dry vegitation. ### :sunglasses-yellow:


Nonetheless, I'll be getting up in the middle of the night and driving three hours or so to be ready at dawn of opening day and stick it out till it just gets too darn hot. ###I just know there's gotta be a buck out there someplace with my name on it!

FILLED MY TAG ON OPENING DAY. NOTHING TO REALLY BRAG ABOUT. A LITTLE 2X2. GOOD EATIN AND GOT ME OUT OF THAT HEAT OUT IN CARRIZO. I WILL BAG MY BIG DEER LATER IN D-9.
