Bass Pro Shops Chicago Celebrates 10 Years

Gurnee, Illinois - The year is 1997 and the 'Chicago land' sportsman is in need of a single place to find all of the great gear to start their outdoor adventures. The call was heard and answered by Bass Pro Shops and the rest, as they say, is history. Bass Pro Shops Chicago opened its doors in Gurnee Mills Mall in November. Now, ten years later, Bass Pro Shops is looking to celebrate.
To thank all of the customers who have supported Bass Pro Shops for the last ten years a ten-day long celebration will begin Thursday, November 1 and extend through Saturday, November 10. Each day will feature exciting seminar speakers from top pros in the outdoors industry including Denny Brauer, Edwin Evers, Mike Webb, John Gillespie, Woo Daves, Mike Reynolds and many others. There will be drawings for special prizes of gift cards, autographed memorabilia and great outdoor gear.
