Knife blank grinding

The company I work for is a precision grinding job shop. We do double disc and blanchard grinding which is grinding done on flat surfaces. I thought I'd make a post here about it for any knife manufacturers. We do several thousand knife blanks a month run either in an annealed state after lazer cutting or after they have been heat treated to 58/60 rockwell. This is just a flat a paralllel knife blank after the customer receives the blank they profile grind ###the sharp edge. We're not set up to put on the edge or re-sharpen. We have also done sword blanks for the movie industry.
