Dad' walleye trip to Northfield area

Dad is heading up to MN to do some walleye fishing. He usually goes to Diamond Lake but is heading to Northfield this year.

Any tips on lakes to fish? Lures? places to stay? He's pulling the trailer so he'll need hookups.

Good eating spots?
