I know that guy. And he would completely get rid of your moles. That is a stupid law they are enforcing on him.

Bad law is bad law, simple as that. But if it is the law it needs to be enforced in the urban areas as well as rural areas. Seems to me there isn't any differance in trapping moles that are digging up the yard, or using conibears to trap beaver that are destroying your trees, or footholds to catch coyotes that are killing lambs. Urban areas need to be forced to live with the bad legislation they forced on the rural areas.
