LAKE POWAY YOUTH FISHING DERBY

The annual Lake Poway Youth Fishing Derby will be held from 6 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Feb. 3. The event is open to all youths 15 and under. There will be prizes for the biggest fish in each age bracket, a prize for the smallest fish caught, and prizes for the best fish stories. The lake will be planted with 2,500 pounds of trout, 25 percent of those trophy fish.
