Welcome to the forum P3,
i looked in the Nosler # 3 manual and it does't list the MRP powder for the 140 grain ballistic tips (or any other bullet for that matter)
but looking in an older Speer manual there is a load listed for a 130 grain spitzer and a 145 grain boat tail spitzer for the 7mm Mag using the MRP powder.
here is the load listing for the 130 grain spitzer
starting load---66 gr. at 3,054 fps
mid range------68 gr. at 3,159 fps
Max load-------70 gr. at 3,245 fps
here is the load listing for the 145 grain boat tail spitzer
starting load----64 gr. at 2,908 fps
mid range------ 66 gr. at 3,010 fps
Max load--------68 gr. at 3,076 fps
looking from a propellant profiles handbook here is a few listings for the 7 mm Mag using Norma MRP
these are MAXIMUM loads
71.4 GR. W/150 grain soft point boatails=3,248 fps at 55,100 c.u.p.
according to their writeup the best all-purpose load for the 7 mm Mag was with the 150 gr. Nosler bullets over 66 grains of MRP for a muzzle velocity of 3,100 w/53,100 c.u.p. pressure
hope this helps but it wasn't exactly what you asked for and you will have to kinda look at the data with a grain of salt so to speak.
i'll do a bit more digging in some of the other manuals to see if there is a listing for the 140 grain Noslers
if i find anything i'll be glad to relay the info
Later,
