I'm looking for new sources for purchasing gun parts. I've used http://www.gunpartscorp.com in the past but they can't help me on my current need. ###Any ideas from you guys would be greatly appreaciated.
Thanks

Fubar.....Thanks, I will. ###I'm currently repairing an old Remington .30, Model 141 that belonged to my dad. Parts to these old dinosaurs are hard to find.

List what part you need. A long shot, but maybe someone knows where to get it. ### ### ### ### ### ###Fubar
Try http://www.brownells.com for new and custom parts.

Fubar...I was afraid someone would ask me the name of the part. ###I was hoping to get a schematic of the rifle first. ###Anyway, it's the spiral tube under the forearm that needs to be replaced. I'm currently looking in GB for parts.
Hook...Thanks, I've got a catalog coming as we speak.

Muley,
this may help a bit, a schematic for seeing what parts you need can be seen at the following site.
http://www.again.net/~steve/ipb-remington-141.html
also you might try these folks for some parts as i have dealt with them in the past to find some parts
http://www.geocities.com/~walkerarms/frontpage.html
i may have another place or two to look for older parts and i'll dig em up and post again when i find em
Later,
Here is a long list of dealers i just got from Remington...
http://www.remington.com/support/parts/obsolete.htm
I hope this helps...
