Caught this guy today after a little jaunt out of the bay with the in-laws from visiting from Illinois.
Nice cabezon and the first I've ever caught from a boat. Fought like he was a lingcod, and real good for only a 19 inch fish.

Beautiful day out on the water, and I can't wait to go tomorrow for halibut with the regulars.
