I was thinking of buying a Tonneau Cover for my pick-up. The one with the snap cover.
Does anyone know if they will install over a factory bed liner? I have a 2000 Ford Ranger 4x4.
I can't find any dealers open this evening.

I never liked the snap on type covers......More durable than the velcro type but not 100%. ###I have a hard fierglass cover which raises with cylinders. ###It is waterproof and sits flush with the bed. ###I would look in to something like that.

I'm with Bonco. I've seen a few on some trucks that are pretty beat looking after a while.
I have a Snugtop fiberglass on that has the lifts on each side. It works great, plus it has locks. I can just leave it lifted and use this bivvy type material on the surroundings and use it as a tent too!
The fiberglass cover runs anywhere from $500 to $1000. I'm sure it's less for a ranger since they're smaller. Mine is a full size. There's ones that cost less than Snugtop and are just as good.
