best GPS for dense foliage?

Which GPS has the best reception and would work best in difficult circumstances (under dense foliage)? ###What is the lightest model that has excellent reception under trees?

I can't tell you if one GPS is better that another in maintaining signal strength under a forest canopy. As I became aware of this problem of lost satellite reception in dense vegetation, I saw a comparison study of the value of external antennas that amplify the signals form the GPS satillites thus maintaining accuracy under conditions that reduce signal strength. ###I got an antenna for my Garmin76 and 12CX. The antenna seems to help significantly in my tests under the canopy even inside a Holly tree! The antenna is quite compact with an 8' wire. I plan to attach the antenna on my huntin' hat.
