Captain Wayne Conn's rules for the 36 youngsters fishing on his party boat Another Reward on Thursday were pretty simple: ``No running, no wrestling, no horseplay, no punching. You all are going to have a rod and reel to fish with that you can take home. We're going to teach you how to fish and have fun, but be safe.''
