MAY 21 UNITED ANGLERS BANQUET: United Anglers of Southern California will have its 15th annual fundraising banquet and auction beginning 3 p.m., Sunday, May 21 at the Atrium Hotel in Irvine. Tickets are $95 per person, $180 a couple. The Bill Ray Memorial Award will be presented to Robert Treanor, the outgoing executive director of the California Fish and Game Commission.
