If you like to hunt I have 2 *fantastic* books for sale "Hunting the Hunters" by Rick Kinmon Alaska's most successful professional fulltime predator
hunter and "Alaska's Wolfman" by Jim Reardon the wilderness adventures of Frank Glaser. If you want to find out the real scoop these are the books.
You can google reviews of these books but let me assure you they are better than the reviews, especially the life of Frank Glaser an original Alaska
pioneer. As a young man Frank Glaser boarded a boat in 1915 from Seattle to Seward, all he had was a 30-06 rifle (no scope) and his backpack, he
walked 750 miles from Seward to Fairbanks before there was even a road, he worked as a professional hunter paid by the pound providing meat to
railroad construction crews. Frank lived and hunted in the bush most his life and was the go to man for the first biological surveys of Alaska's wildlife by the Federal Wildlife Service of the 30's and 40's. Glasers life included many adventures, the first predator control agent in Alaska, wildlife surveyor, professional hunter and guide,
wolf breeder, roadhouse owner. In Kinmon's book he goes into all the details for successful predator hunting in extreme cold climates with lot's of
valuable information in this book for any hunter in any climate. Both books are a fantastic and enjoyable read and contain valuable information on hunting tips and
outdoor survival by real hunters that did it. Each book is soft cover used with the usual curl and a few folded page corners
otherwise great condition. I would like $25.00 cash for both FTF in San Diego area or $30.00 shipped payment via PayPal.
