Hunting Dall Sheep in the Delta Management Area, Alaska Department of Fish and Game

Has a lot of information on Alaska hunting. Be sure to do a search and post questions there, you'll find a few people that hunted there before I'm sure.

Thanks Waldo, You are right about the AK site having a lot of great info! I have learned a great deal from the guys on that post....although at first I felt like somewhat of an outlaw because I took one of those covetted tags away from an Alaska res! I am really looking forward to hunting white, curly horned rams! Thanks for the heads-up!

I got drawn many years ago when I lived in fairbanks. My advice is to contact the Sheep Biologist at fish and game. Call him or her and listen to what they say. When I was there this PhD Biologist, Heimer, believe it was, helpful, friendly, super individual.
