I'm a complete idiot. You posted the coords in the first post and I totally missed it.

The Google Earth Coords are in degrees, minutes, seconds and decimal seconds:
37 37 06 90 N 118 49 23 16 W

The screen actually displays: 37º37'06.09"N 118º49'23.16W

Converted to decimal minutes, that would be: N37º 37.10150' W118º 49.3860'
