Hey linus, glad you dropped in. Welcome to JHO.

I have the Savage 93R17GV. Wood stock with blued, bull (varmint) barrel. It does not have the Accu-trigger that I think you can get now.

Very accurate gun if the wind is not too strong. If you get one, try both the 17 and 20 gr bullets to find which one your gun likes. Mine has been very reliable for several years now.

Everyone that has posted here seems to like their 17 HMR. I love rimfires, so it fits right in with me. Let us know if you get one.
