Incendental Take and take under a depred permit are a little different.The permits have changed over the years from:you kill them gut them and stack them,well pick them up,,,to Issued tags after the fact ,,,to a booklet of tags.It all depends on if you go through the county ag dept. or fish and game.Depred permits can be used sometimes at night and pretty much any way except maybe poison.Incedental take,is your out looking around and LOOK there is a hog tearing up the rangeland,Pop goes the weasel....Upper PS 4 pages easy
