POWER SQUADRON CLASSES
The United States Power Squadron provides monthly "Boat Smart"
classes, which provide essential information for every type of boat
user, from inboards to outboards to personal watercraft to sail boats.
Boaters can learn about boat handling and seamanship, needed equipment,
rules of the water, lines and knots, chart reading, aids to navigation,
engine troubleshooting, trailering and much more. In Riverside, these
classes are held the first weekend of each month at the California

NEW TELEVISION SHOW: 976-TUNA is launching a new TV show called Catch It. The show will premier on Sunday, September 26th, on KDOC. The first show will be about sportfishing in Panama aboard the Royal Star with sportfishing captains Tim Elkstrom and Randy Toussaint. The skippers target giant yellowfin tuna along with many other species of long range sportfish.

The Department of Fish and Game publishes an annual
