I want to say unbelievable but we all know first hand experience there are idiots who not only will scope you with a rifle but will fire shots in your direction to ward you off. Is this clown is found guilty I hope they throw the book at him. Is aggravated assault the best charge they can make?
If you are ever scoped or shot at call the warden or cops and press charges.

I have felt like crap for about 3 weeks now, well a week ago I was driving in town and felt short of breath and tightening of the chest. I pulled off the road thinking it would just go away, it didn't and got worse and worse until I felt like I was gasping for air so I called 911 and went for an ambulance ride to the ER..

More tragic news. CA Marine hiker shot by Oregon bear hunter. Condolences to the family. IMHO these type of cases should be called homicides and not "accidents". Also hope this will make people rethink that black jacket during turkey or bear season or the brown Carhardt with the white sheep fringe during deer season. Too many meatheads out there winging shots at anything moving. Do you really want to look like the game that's in season? Would orange on the hiker have helped maybe? Say a hat even. Who knows.
