I have a line on a used Sako AV 30-06 and would like to know how you guys/girls like them. I don't have a lot of knowledge about rifles, but from what I can glean it seems like a pretty good gun. Thanks in advance for your comments!

Don't know about that particular rifle but say no to Sako. ###Good guns, horrible customer service. ###They don't back up there product. ###Funny thing, huh!!That's my personal experience.

I have nothing but Sako rifles and they do not build any thing better besides a pre 64 winchester. They have one of the strongest actions milled from a solid piece of steel ( not cast ). There barrels are second to none. They are a pricey gun, try and stay with the older guns and you will never go wrong. I do not care for the new Sako being imported from Berreta, no match to the earlier rifles. Good Luck,

Andy ###
